The University of North Carolina has agreed on a relationship with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions, it was announced today.
IMGLTS, a joint venture between IMG College and Learfield, represents 39 collegiate partners for whom the agency generated more than $105 million worth of ticket sales and fundraising revenue in 2015. In 2016, IMGLTS has signed nine new universities.
“We are pleased to partner with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions to increase our outbound ticket sales efforts, create new Tar Heel fans and maximize our attendance at all UNC sporting events,” said Rick Steinbacher, senior associate director of athletics at the University of North Carolina. “IMG Learfield’s additional personnel, expertise in ticket sales in the college market and data-driven approach will augment our ongoing efforts to provide outstanding game day experiences for our students and fans.”

IMGLTS recently announced partnerships with Rutgers, East Carolina, the Big Ten Conference, the Mountain West Conference, Purdue University, Boise State University, the University of Oregon and Washington State.
