President and Chief Executive Officer, Paciolan

Kim Damron is the President and CEO at Paciolan. As a leader known for cultivating an inclusive culture and nurturing employee careers, she steers the direction and vision of the ticketing technology and solutions business lines.

Before joining the Paciolan leadership team in 2005, Kim served in executive positions at Tickets.com, Buy.com, and Paramount Studios. She has received several accolades over her 20-year career, including Sports Business Journal’s Game Changer Award and VenuesNow Woman of Influence.

Among her many contributions to the sports and entertainment industry, she still finds time to show compassion and support for others. Kim is passionate about the advancement of women in the workplace and is a champion of local organizations, including Project Giving Light, which supports homeless children in her area.

Kim, a die-hard USC fan, and her husband Jeff live in Newport Beach, California, with their four children. When she is not rooting for her favorite team, you can catch her and her family surfing the waves and enjoying Southern California’s beautiful beaches.
