Marquette Athletics Announces New Relationship with LEARFIELD Amplify

Dedicated Sales Team to Support Golden Eagles’ Revenue Generation, Fan Engagement

MILWAUKEE, Wis. (March 2, 2022) – The Marquette University Department of Intercollegiate Athletics has announced a new relationship with LEARFIELD Amplify to create new revenue opportunities for the Golden Eagles, while further enhancing customer service and fan engagement.

“We are excited to expand our already robust relationship to include LEARFIELD Amplify,” Vice President and Director of Athletics Bill Scholl said.  “In addition to our men’s basketball program, which annually finishes in the top-25 nationally in attendance, we have a number of other sports with fan bases and revenue streams that continue to grow.  We are confident our expanded relationship with LEARFIELD Amplify will be a significant catalyst in helping each of those programs take that growth to the next level.”

LEARFIELD Amplify, formerly known as LEARFIELD Ticket & Seat Solutions, immediately will embed a dedicated, three-member team on campus to work in conjunction with the athletics department. Additionally, LEARFIELD’s data and analytics team will support the Marquette relationship through a robust business intelligence offering. Data and insights from LEARFIELD’s Fanbase platform will provide pricing analytics, lead generation and scoring, all integrated into a new Salesforce initiative being developed for the athletic department.

“We’re grateful for the opportunity to support Marquette’s revenue generation efforts,” said LEARFIELD Amplify Executive Vice President Jake Bye. “Marquette undoubtedly is one of the most storied programs in college basketball, and the university continues to see growing success across several other sports, for which we look to build an even bigger fan base. We are eager to get to work in Milwaukee with our newest partner.”

Marquette joins Seton Hall and St. John’s as other BIG EAST member institutions in the LEARFIELD Amplify portfolio.
