Winston-Salem, NC (August 6, 2018) – IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions Senior Vice President Brad Sexton has announced the promotion of several staff members.

Nick Ciaglia, Senior Account Executive, Pitt
Following his first year with IMGL, Nick has been promoted to Senior Account Executive at the University of Pittsburgh! Prior to working with IMGL he spent two years with the Scranton-Wilkes Barre Railriders as an Account Executive. In 2018, Nick has led the Pitt team in new football season tickets, becoming the first team member to surpass the 500 mark. In addition, he has led in new basketball season tickets and gross revenue. Nick graduated with a B.S. in Sport Management from Misericordia University in 2015 and an MBA in 2016.
Matt Harman, Senior Account Executive, WVU
Matt has been promoted to Senior Account Executive at West Virginia University! Matt began his career at WVU as a Sales Representative and was promoted to Account Executive after just five months. After finishing last season number one in football season ticket sales at WVU, Matt is once again leading the team this year. Matt graduated with a B.B.A. in Management from Radford University in 2014 where he was a four-year member of the varsity golf team. He also received an M.S. in Sport Management from WVU in 2015.
Brendan Jones, Executive General Manager, UNC
Brendan has been promoted to Executive General Manager, with continued oversight of UNC Chapel Hill and now Eastern Kentucky! He began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in September 2012 as an Account Executive at NC State University where he earned promotions to Senior Account Executive at NC State and then to General Manager at the University of Southern Mississippi. In two plus years at UNC their team has earned Rookie Property of the Year and Property of the Year honors in 2016 and 2017, respectively. Brendan, a native of Greenville, SC, graduated from Clemson University in May 2009 with a B.S. in Sports Marketing.
Connor Lisle, Senior Account Executive, Oklahoma
Connor Lisle joined the IMGL Ticket Solutions family March 2016 and has made a significant impact on the OU sales team. During the last year, Connor has lead the sales team in total revenue and sales activity (hustle stats) three out of 12 months while being an active chamber ambassador member with the OKC Chamber of Commerce. His leadership in the office, goes beyond sales results and activity, but also includes leading our wrestling ticket sales initiatives, leading to an average increase of 115% in total tickets sold (season and group). It’s a privilege to work alongside him and make the recommendation to promote him for his intentional consistency to go above company standards.
Marcus Madlock, Executive General Manager, Oklahoma
Marcus has been promoted to Executive General Manager, with continued oversight of Oklahoma and now the University of Houston. He began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in August 2017, earning Sales Trainer of the Year at the 2018 GM Conference. Marcus has 15+ years of experience in the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS and WNBA, highlighted by being recognized with the MLS President Award for Club Season and Group Ticket Sales in 2011 and 2012 as Director of Ticket Sales with the Houston Dynamo, and most recently leading all ticketing efforts as the VP of Ticket Sales & Services with the Dallas Wings in 2016. Marcus is a graduate of Texas A & M University and also played college baseball at Tarleton University.
Dan Torf, Senior Account Executive, UNC
On the cusp of his two year anniversary with IMGL, Dan Torf has been promoted to Senior Account Executive at UNC! Prior to working with IMGL he spent more years than he’s proud to admit working in minor league baseball, leading multiple staffs in group and season ticket sales. In his time at UNC he has consistently led the team in football and men’s basketball season ticket sales, while also leading in the coveted baseball and women’s basketball season ticket sales efforts! Throughout his 2 years at UNC Dan has specialized in keeping the staff entertained with his many “Torfisms” and has become a key leader and contributor on the staff, both in sales revenue and hustle stats! A native of Windsor, CT, Dan graduated from the University of Connecticut in May 2010 with a B.S. in Sport Management.
Brent Vogel, Senior Account Executive, Washington State
Brent’s hard work and dedication has paid off as he has been promoted to Senior Account Executive. In the last year, Brent has been nominated for the Golden Headset eight times while being the West Region winner twice. Brent also received the highest score in the company-wide secret shopper evaluations this year. He is an incredible leader who has taken great strides to warrant this promotion.
Candice Vaughn, Associate General Manager, Houston
Candice has been promoted to Associate General Manager, Ticket Sales at the University of Houston where she will help launch IMG Learfield’s most recent partnership. Prior to Houston, Candice served as Senior Account Executive at the University of Oklahoma where she played a key role in the group sales initiatives for multiple sports. In her three years in Norman, Candice was one of the top IMGL’s top revenue producers and was promoted within her first 18 months. Candice is a graduate of Troy University and had previous roles with the Memphis Grizzlies and the University of Memphis.
