First-Ever Season Tickets Sell-Out Among Records Hit with Ticketing Partner
ATHENS, Ga. (Nov. 7, 2019) – Excitement for the Georgia Bulldogs 2019-20 men’s basketball season is evident as season tickets are a sell-out for the first time in school history. This marks one of many banner achievements reached with UGA’s ticketing partner Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions.
Other school records for the Bulldogs include the number of new season-ticket holders and accounts, total season tickets and season ticket revenue, and donations made to the basketball program.
“We have seen tremendous growth in overall sales and customer service satisfaction since bringing on Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions,” said Kevin Welch, UGAA Director of Digital Strategy, Analytics and Revenue Integration. “We appreciate the chance to sell out more games, but more than anything, we love the friendly and professional outreach to our fans that we normally would not have been able to do ourselves.”
Learfield IMG College Ticket Solutions helped the Georgia Bulldogs reach its highest percentage increase for new season tickets in school history through a variety of strategies and fan enhancements, most important of which was utilization of a new 3D state-of-the-art technology. Allowing fans to more effectively view seats inside Stegeman Coliseum helped simplify the purchase process and identify the best available seating options.

The Bulldogs host three additional home games in November. Fans looking for seats still can take advantage of limited flex plans and group tickets. Single-game tickets for Ole Miss (Jan. 25), Texas A&M (Feb. 1), and Alabama (Feb. 8) are among the sold-out games.
