Heath Bennett, General Manager, Oregon
Heath brings 15+ years of sports business experience from the major league, minor league and collegiate levels, including leading our former Arkansas IMGL property in 2013-14. His career began in Inside Sales with the Philadelphia Eagles, and he has a combined 7+ years of experience as the Director of Sales and the Senior Director of Sales and Service for the NHL’s Florida Panthers and the NBA’s Los Angeles Clippers. Heath guided sales departments to top 5 annual finishes in respective league rankings for new business in both the NBA and the NHL and has experience working beyond ticket sales as General Manager (“AA” baseball) and most recently as Team President of the LA Clippers NBA G-League affiliate. Heath is a native New Yorker and graduate of Ursinus College (Collegeville, PA) and is recently married; He, his wife Magaly and their dogs now reside in Eugene, OR.
Tim Boonstra – Account Executive, Rutgers
Tim is from Midland Park, NJ and graduated from Montclair State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in sports, events, and tourism marketing. Tim has worked part-time with the NJ Devils, NY Jets, and IMG-Rutgers sponsorships. Andrew Brassinga – Account Executive, Tennessee
Andrew Brassinga started working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in February 2018 as an Account Executive for the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Andrew was an Inside Sales Consultant for the San Jose Sharks NHL organization. A native to the San Francisco Bay Area, Andrew graduated from The University of Arizona in December of 2015 with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Studies. Emily Conaty, Sales Representative, Missouri
Emily began working with the Mizzou ticket department as an intern to help complete her sales certificate for graduation. A current student at the University of Missouri, Emily will be graduating in May and pursuing a career in sales. Please welcome Emily to the team at [email protected]
Col Erlandson – Account Executive, Duke
Col began working with our IMG Learfield team at Duke in March 2018. Col began his career with the Minnesota Twins baseball team as a new business development representative. In the role, he sold traditional and premium season tickets, group tickets, and hospitality events for the 2014-2017 baseball seasons. Bryan Fillet – Account Executive, Memphis
Bryan began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions the first week of February 2018. Bryan is a graduate of South Carolina, where he graduated with a Bachelors Degree in French and Masters Degree in Sports Management. Originally from Pewaukee Wisconsin, Bryan gained experience in the sports industry as a Property Assistant with IMG College at Georgia Tech, Ticket Sales Assistant with the Lakewood Blue Claws, and most recently was with the Oakland Raiders as an Inside Sales Rep. Jeff Hager- Account Executive, Tennessee
Jeff started working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in February 2018 as an Account Executive for the University of Tennessee. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Jeff was a Sales Consultant for the Arizona Diamondbacks MLB organization. Cecil Hairston, General Manager, Boise State
Cecil Hairston brings 14 years of on-campus experience at Bowling Green State University, Oregon State and most recently the University of Cincinnati, focused on revenue generation and fostering customer service driven cultures. Cecil led sales teams that achieved the highest attended home Men’s Basketball game in UC history and was recognized by OSU administration for exceeding annual ticket revenue goals for 4 consecutive years. Cecil is a graduate of Bowling Green State University’s Sport Management program, and he and his wife, Tish, and have three children Jordyn (19), Rashawn (16), and Rahman (11). Judson Hatz – Account Executive, South Carolina
Judson is our newest AE at the University of South Carolina. Prior to working with IMG Learfield, Judson worked for Raycom Media as an Inside Digital Sales Specialist. As someone who is passionate about Gamecock sports and has prior sales experience, we look for Judson to make an immediate and positive influence on our office and culture. Originally from Ashland, VA, Judson moved to South Carolina and graduated from USC with a B.S. in Management as well as Marketing in May of 2017. Lauren Mense – Account Executive, Illinois
Prior to joining us last month, Lauren was a Program Specialist at the National Association of Attorney General, in Washington DC. Chelsea Mitchell – Account Executive, Rutgers
Chelsea joins us from the Greater NYC area where she was most recently working with the USTA in the Marketing department. Luke Quinlan – Sales Representative, Northern Illinois
Luke attended St. Ambrose University and graduated in 2017. While at St. Ambrose, Luke was a member of their bowling team. Luke interned with the Quad City Raiders football team for their 2016 and 2017 seasons. He also interned for the Quad Cities Mallards hockey team for the 2016-2017 season. Ryan Rodriguez – Account Executive, Rutgers
Ryan attended Kutztown University and graduated in 2017. Ryan interned with the Reading Royals Sales & Marketing team from 2016-2017. Al Salerno – Account Executive, Rutgers
Al is from East Hanover, NJ and graduated from St. John’s University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in Sport Management. He interned with the New York Jets in the Client Services department while attending St. Johns University. Calee Williams, Account Executive, Cal
Calee Williams is a 2016 graduate of the University of Oregon and interned in Marketing & Promotions and the Baseball team from 2015-16. Chris Bonfiglio – Senior Account Executive, Rutgers
Chris was recently promoted to Senior Account Executive. As an SAE, Chris will help lead the charge with our new Service and Retention department with a focus on retaining not only renewing current accounts but growing them through additional seats and upsells. Chris joined us during the Summer of 2016 and is coming off a year finishing second in football new season tickets and group tickets. Calleagh Darby, General Manager, SMU
Calleagh started with IMGL as sales rep at NCAA Sales Center and has spent the last 2 years at Southern Miss as an AE and Senior AE. She was awarded 2017 National IMGL Hustler of the Year as part of the Southern Miss staff and was the Golden Headset award winner in April 2016. Calleagh was a D1 varsity swimmer and has an undergraduate degree from the University of Idaho, and obtaining her Masters in Sports Management from Washington State University while serving as a GA with the golf team. Kris McDonough – General Manager, Pitt
Kris began working with IMG Learfield Ticket Solutions in May 2014 at the University of Pittsburgh as an Account Executive- Outside Sales. Following his 18 months as an Account Executive, Kris was promoted to Associate General Manager in January of 2016. Prior to joining IMG Learfield, Kris was a District Manager with ADP, as well as the Director of Ticket Sales with the State College Spikes Minor League Baseball team. Will McGrath – Associate General Manager, Penn State
Will is entering his 4th year with the company. Will was recently awarded Salesperson of the Year and was Penn State’s first ever member of the $1,000,000 new revenue club. Ross Nigro, General Manager, Colorado
Ross was promoted in January to General Manager at Colorado. Ross has been a top performer in national and regional hustle stats and revenue production over the last 3 years with Colorado as both an AE and Senior AE and has worked diligently to become a leader among his peers. A 2-time Golden Headset winner himself, Ross has built extremely strong relationships and trust with CU athletics staff and helped secure multiple sponsorship opportunities for the department. Seth Robbins – Senior Account Executive, Penn State
Seth is going on his 3rd year with IMGL. Seth began his career at our Indianapolis sales center. Since coming over from Indy, Seth has brought an abundance of hustle that can be seen spreading throughout the team. In 2017, Seth finished 3rd on the team with 4,280 football group tickets sold and $750,000 in new revenue produced. Jacob Rockoff – Senior Account Executive, Rutgers
Jacob was recently promoted to Senior Account Executive. As an SAE, Jacob will help lead the charge with the New Revenue department with a focus on new business and lapsed accounts. A former wrestler at Ohio University, Jacob has taken the initiative to be the team leader in wrestling season tickets and group tickets. Before the season an anonymous donor pledged a gift of $100,000 if Rutgers surpassed 2,000 wrestling season tickets. Sam Starrett- Senior Account Executive, Penn State
Sam is going on his 3rd year with our company and second with Penn State. Sam has been vital to creating our Educator Appreciation Themes for both football and basketball. Sam’s past experience has helped him earn the trust of the staff and develop into a great mentor for our younger reps. David Wrobel, Account Executive, Boise State
David Wrobel was promoted in January to Account Executive at Boise State from the NCAA Sales Center. A graduate of Indiana University, David has spent time in ticket sales with Valparaiso, and has worked on marquee events with NASCAR, the Indianapolis Colts, UFC, and NCAA Championships during his time with us over the last 6 months. He’s excited to be working with Bronco nation as a member of the Boise State IMGL team and brings a great deal of energy and passion with him into this role. Matt Zygmund – Senior Account Executive, Rutgers
Matt was recently promoted to Senior Account Executive. As an SAE, Matt will also help lead the charge with our new Service and Retention department. Matt was part of IMGL’s launch at Rutgers back in the Winter of 2016 and has taken the initiative of being the athletic department’s liaison for IMG Seating.
